1. For all rentals this terms and conditions are effective.
2. Rental is possible only with a valid document.
3. The rented material is not insured. In case of
4. The renter bears complete and full responsibility for the rental equipment.
5. The rental equipment is not insured. In case of theft or breakage, the market value of the equipment will be charged to the renter.
6. It is possible to change the equipment during the rental period with other equipment of the same value.
7. The rental equipment has to be prepaid for the duration of the rental period. The latest return time is 10 a.m. on the day following the end of the rental period.
8. Equipment that is not returned within 7 days of the expiry of the rental period will be reported to the police as stolen.
9. If you return the equipment before the expiration of the rental period, you get a refund only with medical certificate in case of injury.
10. The renter authorizes (ART.13, DPR 675/96) the rental agency to store his personal data. This will be used for statistical purposes.
